It is possible that survey participants don’t fully engage in completing the tasks and only provide the bare minimum of feedback. It is also possible for a participant to take the survey multiple times. This defeats the purpose, as first impressions and a fresh approach to the tasks and questions are necessary to yield reliable results. Even when a repeat participant tries to mimic their first go through a survey, they tend to rate more favorably, provide less feedback, and be more forgiving of any issues.
