When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Findings
The findings are one of the core sections of the report. As the report will be available to many different people with varying interests, it is important to provide the findings in a manner that will cater to each group. We have found that it helps to provide the following for each task completed or question asked:
- A visualization of the results in the form of a chart, where possible
- A statement summing up the bottom line, along the lines of "78% of the 15 participants found it easy or very easy to complete the task" (we like to use percentages, but are aware that they may suggest a statistical significance that is mostly not given with the typically small number of participants in a remote study, and therefore we always explicitly ...
