A participant may have successfully completed a task, and may even have rated it as being somewhat easy to complete while still voicing very negative opinions about it. This may be because the participant finds the steps to complete the task easy enough, but overall thinks that there are too many steps, or that they have to enter data that they do not want to enter, and so on. It is important to analyze these types of discrepancies in order to validate that the rating is correct and better understand the user feedback.
It is always nice to report positive findings, and the best starting place for these findings are responses from participants where they were particularly positive. ...
