So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Floaters
The use of floaters is an alternative to backup slots. Floaters are backup participants that are on standby. We suggest assigning a floater to a group of sessions, such as the morning sessions, afternoon sessions, or evening sessions. Floaters are a quick fix and minimize the negative impact of a no-show, especially when observers are attending the sessions.
