I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Post-session questions
These are questions that relate to the participant's overall experience while using the product. They can be feedback questions (as in the previous section) or benchmark score questions (see Chapter 2, What Not to Forget When Planning Your Study, for a list and information on the possible rating scales for the answers).
Examples of feedback questions are as follows:
- "How likely would you be to use this product in the future?"
- "How likely would you be to recommend this product?"
- "How easy to use/satisfying/useful/reliable do you feel this product is?"
- "What did you like about this product?"
- "What did you not like about this product?"
- "What was missing?"
- "How would you describe this product to others?"
