How to do it...

1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
2. Type the instance web address in the address bar.
3. Log in to the Service-Now instance using credentials.
4. On the left-hand side search box, type reports in the search box and select Scheduled Report module under Reports Application.
5. Now open the Scheduled Execution of Last Month Incident Report record.
6. The Schedule Email of Report configuration page--Subject field supports javascript that's why we can also include a declaration javascript in the subject line. So if we want to include date in the e-mail notification of the report e-mail, then you can and small piece of code as follows:
