How to do it...

Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
Type the instance web address in the address bar.
Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
In the left-hand search box, type database view but Database Viewsmodule is not available under the reporting module and only available for admins. Click on Database views module under the System Definition Application:

Having clicked on Database Views, you will able to see the following screen where all the system database views are available. You need to click on the New button to create new database views:
