How to do it...

  1. Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
  2. Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
  3. On the left-hand side, type workflow and Service-Now will search out workflow application for you, as shown in following screenshot:

  1. Under workflow application, the Workflow Editor module is the repository of all workflows and the graphical editor as well. If you want to view any workflow within Service-Now, then you can click on the Workflow Editor module, after which you will see the following screen:
