Controlling access to modules with groups

Chapter 2, Developing Custom Applications discussed the concept of query Business Rules. These scripts are executed by the instance when a user attempts to access a table. This means they are very useful for controlling access to records. Let's create a new query Business Rule that checks what groups a user is in and use that information to control access to modules.

This work will not be captured in the Hotel scope application, since we will be working on core system tables. This means that the protections of scoping will not apply.
