Ensuring maintenance is quick

Let's create an SLA to monitor the performance of our room maintenance. We have high expectations for our staff, and we want to be able to prove how good a job they are doing.

  1. Navigate to Service Level Management > Administration > Workflow Editor. This module provides exactly the same link as the one in the Workflow Editor. Click on the plus icon under the Workflow tab to create a new one. Use the following information:
    • Name: Notify and reassign
    • Table: Task SLA [task_sla]
    • If condition matches: -- None --

Click Submit, and create the workflow as follows:

  1. Add the SLA Percentage Timer activity in the Timers group to the canvas:
    • Name: Wait for 75%
    • Percentage: 75
