The activities available to the workflow are listed on the extreme right-hand pane of the graphical workflow editor. Some are dependent on the table the workflow is running against. For example, task activities are only available to a workflow from a table extended from Task.
The following activities are more commonly used:
- The Approvals group provides several activities that are mostly only available to Task tables. Workflow allows complex scenarios to be determined using the Approval Coordinator activity.
