Let's create the workflow. The workflow will create an approval request for the manager of the group, letting them decide whether a Maintenance task should be assigned to the external Cornell Hotel Services group.
- Navigate to Workflow > Workflow Editor to launch the Graphical Workflow Editor. Click on the plus icon under the Workflows tab on the right. Use these details:
- Name: Ask approval for external team
- Table: Maintenance [x_hotel_maintenance]
- If condition matches: Run the workflow
