How to do it...

  1. Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
  2. Log in to your Service-Now instance with the credentials.
  3. On the left-hand side, type system logs in the search box and Service-Now will search System Logs application for you, as shown here:

  1. It is important to note that only the following activity can be logged in System Logs application (reference Service-Now):
  • Workflows
  • Configuration
  • Chat sessions
  • Transactions for each view of each page in the system, including load times for networks, servers, and browsers
  • Inbound and outbound e-mail
  • Events triggered in the system
