Enabling mutual authentication involves uploading a Java Keystore. The keystore should contain the client certificate with the private keys and any root certificates that provide trust. These should be uploaded in the list available at System Definition > Certificates, and then referenced from System Security > Protocol Profiles. Here, you define a new protocol name, such as mauth.
