Virtually every development instance has multiple system administrators changing and building configuration. While one user can only use one Update Set at a time, another administrator may be using a different one. This can cause some challenges.
Consider two administrators working on a client script, at roughly the same time. Each time they save their changes, the entire contents of the Client Script are saved into the Update Set. The platform will not add two versions of the same record in a single Update Set.
