I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Performance domains are based on the focus of an organization on performance measures. Based on the type of measurement or measurement criteria, we can have the following performance domains:
- Mission
- Process
- Critical performance sub-systems
- Individual
Mission performance domain identifies the purpose of the organization, based on the changing business focus and customers' expectations. The mission provides overall direction, and performance targets when aligned with the mission help in achieving the cherished goals and objectives of the organization. Depending on the changing business focus, organizations redefine their mission and accordingly the performance requirements of the people also get changed.
