I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
IMPORTANCE OF PMS
A system is a collection of parts (or sub-systems). All sub-systems are integrated into a system to achieve the overall goal of the organization. Organization is a system of people. Systems have inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes, with continuous feedback among these various parts. Change in any sub-system brings change to the entire system. Within the ambit of such a definition of a system, the performance management process too qualifies as a system. Performance management sub-systems are integrated to accomplish the overall goal of the organization.
