DIAGNOSING POOR PERFORMANCE

To fix the problem of poor performance in organizations, we need to diagnose the causes. Poor performance may be either for lack of ability or for poor motivation level. Incorrect diagnoses of poor performance can lead to problems, as based on these organizations initiate corrective actions.
