I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Vision/Mission
Tyson Foods has quite an elaborate written mission statement on the corporate website. The mission statement is divided into three parts: Who We Are, What We Do, and How We Do It. Basically, the Tyson mission statement says “We are a company of people engaged in the production of food, seeking to pursue truth and integrity, and committed to creating value for our shareholders, our customers, our team members, and our communities.”
