Vision/Mission
World Relief’s vision is: “In community with the local Church, we envision the most vulnerable people transformed economically, socially, and spiritually.” World Relief’s mission is: “Empowering the local Church to serve the most vulnerable.” World Relief says it is called to “Stand for the Vulnerable.” The organization describes the why, where, what, and how that accompany the “who” it stands for. The overarching “who” (the vulnerable) is divided into specific cause areas that guide the organization’s efforts, including children, women, the displaced, the devastated, and opportunity.
