There is an ever-growing concern regarding childhood and adult obesity. It is estimated that about one third of Americans are obese, and these figures are expected to increase. Obesity may lead to significant health issues, including diabetes and heart disease. To stave off these concerns, a number of regulations have been implemented at the local, state, and federal levels—all of which could impact RBI’s operations and revenues.
