When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

California Drought
A three-year dry spell in California ending in 2014 has produced some of the best wine-making grapes in recent memory. Droughts wreaked havoc on most all crops in California over the three-year period from 2012 to 2014, but warm days, cool nights, and dry air produce a high-quality grape. Less water means smaller grapes; while possibly not as good for the table, smaller grapes are more concentrated in sugars and much less risky to mold and mildew on the vine during wetter seasons. Also, grapes can take on a grassy flavor during wet seasons. Cabernet Sauvignons scored ratings of 96 in both 2012 and 2013, significantly up from a score of 78 in a wetter 2011.
