In June 2014, Claude Jordan stepped down as Chairman and CEO of Arctic Cat and was replaced on an interim basis by Chris Twomey, who had served previously as CEO of Arctic Cat for 24 years. In November 2014, Christopher Metz was hired as the company’s new CEO, while Twomey remains as Chairman. Arctic Cat appears to operate using a functional organizational design, because there is no chief operating officer and no divisional presidents, as illustrated in Exhibit 1. Note also there are no women among the company’s top executives.
