1.10 ROLE OF THREE BASIC CIRCLES FOR ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE

Our decisions are influenced by three basic things which are called the three basic circles (Fig. 1.8). The first or the outer circle is the circle of concern. It encompasses everything we are concerned about or everything which is present in our surrounding and which revolves around us. Like we are usually concerned with our health, family, friends, investments, meeting with a boss, a family outing, neighbour's new purchase, new policies of government, the thread of nuclear war and so on.
