Culture can be considered as the learning imbibed through our interactions with the environment during our development and growth years. This learning includes values, ideas, perceptions, preferences, concept of morality, code of conduct, and so on that come to us from our family and society. The culture of an individual determines many of his responses to a given situation.
Organisational culture is a system of shared beliefs and attitudes that develop within an organisation and guides the behaviour of its member.
