I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4.6.2 Sense of Participation and Involvement
It's difficult for individuals to resist a change decision to which they are party. Prior to making a change, those opposed to it can be brought into the decision process. Assuming that participants have the expertise to make a meaningful contribution, their involvement can reduce resistance, obtain commitment and increase the quality of the change decision. Get people involved in the change process by including them in the design and implementation of the change processes. Once people have had an opportunity to contribute ideas and become a part of the change process, they will be less inclined to see it fail.
