It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
9.5 MANAGER AS MOTIVATOR OF EMPLOYEES
Managers can plan to increase their role efficacy as well as that of their employees. The following are a few practical suggestions, based on work in some organisations, for supervisors to increase the role efficacy of their employees (Fig. 9.3). These are the applied inferences of the different theories of motivation where motivation is expressed through efficacy.
