Even if the expert is from outside the organisation, some people from the organisation work with him. These people either have the same expertise as the consultant has or, at least, they propose to develop that expertise. In many organisations, these persons are called Internal Resource Persons (IRP), or facilitators. This role may already exist in an organisation, or it may have to created (Fig. 5.4).
