One of the essential elements of TQM is “internal communication”. It is useless to embark on a quality journey without an effective management of “internal communication.” While communication is central to success, many organisations think it is peripheral.
Like any other element of TQM, the drive for communication must emanate from the top. It should be treated as a key business strategy and there must be a tremendous sense of purpose to keep it going.
