I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

シンプルだが重要な問いだ。デザイン（あるいはそのリデザイン）の課題を見つけたい
なら、フローを測定する必要がある。
フローとは、予測可能な一連のステップで構成された導線である。その測定には、各
ステップを進むためのボタンがどれだけクリックされたかをカウントするのが最も有効だ。そ
の上で、クリック数をステップ順に比較する。最初のボタンを何人が押したか、次のボタ
ンはどうか、そして最終的に最も重 要 なボタンまでどれだけ到達したかを追っていく。
たとえば、最初のボタンと次のボタンのクリック数に差があるとすれば、それはその間
で離脱したユーザーの数を示している。もし特定のステップで、他のステップよりも明らか
に多くのユーザーが離脱していれば、それが最初の異常のサインだ。
その地点に注目し、問題を深掘りしていこう。
もしあるステップを新しくデ ザインし直したなら、 A/Bテストで新旧バージョンの成果を比
較 することが できる 。
しかし、なぜ異なるバージョンをつくることに意味があるのか、その理由を理解すること
も重要だ。その点については、次で詳しく見ていこう。
