When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

EC（eコ マ ース ）サ イトは 、 Amazonの ように 巨 大 なも の もあ れ ば 、 Shopifyでベビー
服を売っている小さな店のようなものもある。でも、UXの観点から見ると、どちらもかなり
似ている。ECサイトは、たくさんの商品を用意することでユーザーに価値を提供している。
ユーザーはそれらをカテゴリ（メニュー）や検索機能を使って見つけ、気に入ったものがあ
ればカートに追加する。欲しいものを保存したら、チェックアウトフローを通って購入に至る

これがビジネスにとっての価値だ。
ここで 注 目した い の は 、 ECサイトには「商品を探すための構造」と「支払うためのフ
ロー」の両方が存在しているということ。実に興味深い！ この情報アーキテクチャの混在
が、システム全体の複雑さを引き上げ、データにもより複雑な挙動が現れることになる。
もちろん、売る商品や必要なデザインはサイトごとに違うけれど、根本的にはどのEC
サイトも同じ方 法で価 値を生み 出している。
