I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

これまで見てきた ECサイトもマーケティング目的で記事コンテンツを持つ場合はあるが、
それ自体は目的ではない。そこで、次は記事コンテンツ自体を目的としたサイトについて
考 えて い こう。
Wikipediaはコンテンツ重視のサイトだ。もし情報設計やコンテンツのUX全般につい
て学ぶ場合は興味深い題材になるが、Wikipediaは非営利で寄付を中心に運営されて
いる（ちなみに私は毎年寄付している。あなたもぜひ！）。だから「ビジネス」の好例とはい
えない 。
一方、ジャーナリズム系のサイトでは、何十年にもわたって蓄積されたアーカイブ記事と、
日々発行される新しい記事によって、膨大なコンテンツが構成されている。こうしたサイト
の多くは、バナー広告やスポンサー記事などによって収益を得ており、ユーザーが記事を
多く読むほど広告の表示機会が増え、それがそのまま収益に直結する仕組みになってい
る。
このようなビジネスがつくり出す価値について見ていこう。
