I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

の統計ではない。より可能性があるかないかをざっくりと捉える必要がある場合のほうが
はるかに多い 。
メニューの構造、コンテンツの順序、ボタンの配置といったデザインを再考し、ユーザー
が見つけ、使用し、タスクを完了するのに必要な労力と時間について考えてみよう。それ
はど れくらい の 頻 度 で 起きてい て、ど れくらい の ユーザーに 影 響 が あるだろうか。
価値があるアクションや情報を、ページ最上部ややりとりの最初、デフォルトページやラ
ンディングページに近いところに配置する。ユーザーが手痛いミスをうっかりやってしまわな
い ように する 。
目に見えるインターフェースの向こう側まで想像して考えるようにする。そこでわき起こる
いい感情と悪い感情が、つくろうとしているユーザー価値とビジネス価値の双方に一致し
ていることを確認する。効率の問題であれば労力を最小限に抑え、娯楽の問題であれば
良い感情を最大化しよう。
