I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

お金や時間、何百万人もの命など、核ミサイル発射のように、ある行動が非常に「高
く付く」場合がある。そうした場合には、ユーザーが意図的に操作しない限り実行できない
ように（要はミスらないように）「摩擦」を加えるべきだ。
適度な摩擦は、ユーザーが自分の行動を意識できるようなシンプルな操作でつくる。た
とえば、画面の左右で2 回クリックさせるなど、素早くできない仕組みがあれば十分だ。
