By playing games, we enter safe simulations in which we can learn about the world without any real consequences. Therefore, marking a part of any game as training is equal to creating a safe simulation within the safe simulation. So in spite of learning throughout the entire gameplay experience, many players regard in-game training segments as a waste of time, and eagerly anticipate the beginning of the real game.
