Boss

A Boss, such as other enemies, offers a challenge to the player and stops her from progressing further. But there's something more about a Boss. They are milestones for the player's journey. They can usually be found at the end of a level or an area, representing a physical turning point.

They also differ from normal minions in terms of the challenge offered. They are more difficult to beat, usually, as they are designed around new and unique mechanics and require the player to master the game mechanics to be able to defeat them. Some of the emotions related to Bosses are Fear, Anticipation, Anger, Surprise, and Fiero.
