Step three – Analyze

All the notes given by the review groups are analyzed and synthesized into a report, which is then discussed at a roundtable.

The report only contains constructive feedback and relevant issues. The idea is to discuss what to improve, not to collaboratively design the narrative with the review group.

Both the writers and the reviewers participate in the roundtable, briefly discussing the major problems and even brainstorming possible solutions. A final assessment is made and a subsequent iteration is done by the writers on the script.
