Gathering feedback

For unsupervised group testing, the typical ways to gather feedback would be:

  • Face-to-face conversation (make sure to take notes during or immediately after receiving feedback)
  • Post-session questionnaire
  • Electronic communication (work chat, email, and so on)
  • In-game feedback forms (vote a map up/down, rate your experience in last round, and so on)
  • Analytics (crash reports, win/loss ratios, drop-off points, average frames per second per device, most/least popular and successful loadouts, and so on)
