Evolving game features

We can apply the philosophy of Kishōtenketsu, a classic storytelling structure often applied to Chinese, Korean, and Japanese narratives. Kishōtenketsu divides the story into four segments:

  • Introduction (ki): Establishing the setting of the story by introducing characters, locations, and any relevant historical aspects.
  • Development (shō): The story follows the established path with no major changes.
  • Twist (ten): An unexpected development in the story. There may be more than one twist in a story, but this is the most significant one.
  • Conclusion (ketsu): The story ends in a satisfying matter.
