I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Problem
Chcemy pobrać pakiet bash dla systemu FreeBSD, NetBSD lub OpenBSD albo zagwarantować dostępność najnowszej wersji interpretera w systemie.
Rozwiązanie
Aby sprawdzić, czy powłoka bash jest zainstalowana, wystarczy przeanalizować zawartość pliku /etc/shells. Chcąc zainstalować lub zaktualizować oprogramowanie bash, trzeba posłużyć się poleceniem pkg_add. Zaawansowani użytkownicy systemów BSD mogą również skorzystać ze zbioru portów. Metoda ta jednak nie będzie tutaj szczegółowo opisana.
System FreeBSD:
pkg_add –vr bash
W przypadku systemu NetBSD, należy przejrzeć stronę Application Software for NetBSD dostępną pod adresem http://netbsd.org/Documentation/software i odszukać na niej pakiet bash właściwy ...
